35 w w w . s e m c o p a c k a g i n g . c o m Semco ® SX cartridge Disposable coaxial cartridge and dispensing system PPG Semco SX cartridge is a disposable coaxial cartridge and dispensing system, which accurately mixes and dispenses a pre-determined ratio of two component materials. Both sections of the cartridge have their own molded pistons. As both pistons are pushed forward by a dual shaft connected to a single-drive cylinder, the two components are pushed together to mix and react through a static mix nozzle. A control valve located at the outlet of the cartridge provides positive on/off flow control before mixing, preventing cross contamination and wasted material.
