The pre-mixed and frozen process includes thoroughly blending two-component materials, degassing them to remove entrapped air, and then freezing the resin system in a disposable syringe or cartridge. These containers are then packed in dry ice and shipped directly to the customer’s facility where they can be stored safely and conveniently in a freezer at –40 ºC. For the custom blending process, PPG offers to manufacture your adhesive products based on your specific formulations and specifications.
